Biography: I am Richard Detherage, OVFA Chaplin. I was a volunteer for over 17 years before being hired by Boring Fire District where I served another nine years a firefighter/engineer. During this time, I have been involved with church ministry since 1980 serving in Sandy, Oregon City, and Damascus, Oregon. In March of 2005, I became the senior Pastor Silverton Assembly of God.

JILL DORRELL, BURN CENTER REPRESENTATIVE: Newberg Fire Department
Biography:Jill Dorrell,was hired as a secretary for theNewberg Fire Department in March of 1988. In 1994 she joined the ranks of theNewberg Volunteer Fire Department.She was the Secretary for the OVFA in1995, then Secretary/Treasurer in 1999, and became a Life Member at the 2000 conference in Keizer where she stepped down from the Executive board.
